Basic measurements: Describing your body measurements to the nurse

🇩🇪 [Guten Tag] is a standard polite greeting, but in many clinics a simple [Hallo] also sounds normal. Patients don't need to sound extra formal to be appropriate.

🇩🇪 In real life, a nurse would more often say their name or role in a fuller way, like [Ich bin Ihre Krankenschwester] or [Ich bin von der Anmeldung]. The bare sentence is understandable, just a bit textbook-like.

🇩🇪 At a doctor's office in Germany, saying [Ich habe einen Termin] is completely normal at reception. It signals you already booked, not that you're announcing something important.
