How to Say ‘I'm not in a hurry.’ in Traditional Chinese

我不趕時間。

wǒ bù gǎn shí jiān

[wǒ boo gǎn shíjiān]

💬 Usage Tip: 不 stays (bù) here because 趕 (gǎn) isn't a falling tone. It would change to (bú) before a falling tone, as in 不要 (bú yào).

🇹🇼 In Taiwan: Telling the driver you're not in a hurry signals you'd rather take the normal, cheaper route than a long detour around traffic.
