💬 [土曜日] is said (do-yō-bi); the middle part has a long [おう] sound, so hold the [yo] a little longer. The same pattern shows up in other days too, like [日曜日] (ni-chi-yō-bi).

💬 [〜たいのですが] softens what you want, making it sound less blunt than just saying [予約をお願いします]. You can reuse it with other requests: [窓側の席をお願いしたいのですが] "I'd like to ask for a window seat."

💬 Put a time word before [に] to say when something happens: [土曜日に], [七時に], [来週の土曜日に]. [来週] itself doesn't need [に] here; the [に] attaches to the full time phrase [来週の土曜日].

💬 [名] is a polite counter for people, so [何名様] is the customer-service way to ask "how many people?" In casual speech you'd more often hear [何人].

🇯🇵 Staff often use [何名様] rather than plainer [何人] because it sounds respectful toward customers. You'll hear this a lot at restaurants, hotels, and clinics.

💬 [ご利用] literally relates to "use," but in service Japanese it often means "visit" or "come as a customer." So [何名様でご利用ですか] is a polite way to ask party size, not whether you will "use" something.

💬 [四名] here is said (yon-mei), not (shi-mei). [四] often becomes [よん] in everyday counting because it's clearer and more common.
